We’ve all heard we shouldn’t be eating Mayonaise, but I know most of us are still eating some. How about making some fresh homemade Mayo in your blender at home? At least you can use Organic Omega-3 Eggs, Organic Cold-Pressed Oils, and for the rest of the recipe choose all good clean quality ingredients.
I have a lot of people proudly say they make their Mayo at home with Olive Oil and it tastes fine! I then know that if it isn’t tasting strong, they’re probably using VERY bad Olive Oil and doing themselves more harm than good. If you like Mayo with True Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, great! More power to you for that, it’s a super healthy choice!
Make sure the Organic Extra Virgin Olive is 3rd party verified to be sure it is true Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and has no added Vegetable Oil or other bad ingredients. BTW, things don’t often have to be listed on the label I’m told, so make sure it’s 3rd party verified.
Your health depends on double checking if your Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is truly healthy for you and your family. It’s sad we have to go this extra step, but take control of your health, vote with your money, and ONLY buy truly High-Quality foods for your family.
At our house, the taste of Mayo made with real 3rd party verified Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a little too overpowering and nobody will eat it. So, we use an Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil (the kind that actually has a yellow color and we have verified is real).
Here is a recipe for Homemade Blender Mayo you can make at home in minutes!
- 1 Large Organic Omega-3 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Organic Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Powder or for ease, regular Organic Yellow Mustard will work too
- 1/4 Tsp Healthy Salt of your choice
- Dash Organic Garlic Granules & Organic Onion Granules
Blend all that together at Low Speed, then slowly add in through the top of the blender the oil, trickle in the oil while blending on low for approximately 30 seconds
- 3/4 Cup Organic Cold Pressed Oil of your choice, Sunflower Oil, Safflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Eat, or Refrigerate. Keeps for about 2 weeks. Enjoy.
BTW, the Eggs we recommend are the eggs Rex Smith, Nutrition Researcher likes. Stieber Farms Organic Omega-3 Eggs. This particular product from Stiebers is the ONLY one he recommends. He doesn’t like recommending other company items because then many people often think he recommends ALL their products. In actuality, he ONLY likes this one product from them! So don’t make me sad I told you and mix it up with their other products! 🙂
