We have a 30 day return policy with the Invoice. The refund must be received within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the return and refund process. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Call us right away if anything has been damaged in shipping so we can report that to the carrier; and in that event, please retain original box for the refund process.
If the return is due to an error on our end, we will take care of the situation. Please call us promptly after receiving the order to let us know the situation.
